.50 Short is a very rare ammunition caliber, used a in few different guns like the Desert Magnum. It is considerably powerful, but is very hard to find and is generally used in loud guns. The major downside to .50 Short ammunition is that a single round weighs as much as some high caliber rifle rounds.
